Tug Hill Resort provided a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful grounds. The Deluxe Queen Room was spacious and recently renovated, with a mini fridge and microwave for convenience. The communal kitchen was a highlight, stocked with breakfast items for a do-it-yourself meal, which was a nice touch. I enjoyed using the outdoor grill and fire pit for evening gatherings. The owners, Natasha and Joe, were welcoming and shared useful local insights, enhancing the stay. However, the lack of certain hotel amenities, like an ice machine, was inconvenient and felt a bit outdated. Overall, this place is a great spot for outdoor enthusiasts, but some modern conveniences would elevate the experience.

More pros than cons, but still…
Friendly owners are truly invested in guests' comfort and the nearby fire pit was a perfect spot to enjoy evenings. Breakfast essentials were provided, adding convenience to the stay.
The resort's remote location has a long unpaved driveway, which may deter some. Lack of certain hotel amenities, like an ice machine, can be inconvenient.

The remote location means a long drive for good food options!!! The rustic style feels more like a cabin than a resort, which may not appeal to everyone!!!

The Deluxe Double Room was super comfy and clean. I loved the mini fridge and microwave—it made snacking so much easier. Plus, the deck was a great spot to chill out. The only bummer was the remote location. it took longer to find good food options. But honestly, the vibe was cozy and laid-back, which I appreciated.
